above Title (I didn't write the dates down), but they have *both
marked their Messages to **NOT be Archived, which means that Each will
drop off (1 is due to do that within an Hour of my typing this), and
any of you who Reply to that thread, trying to be helpful will be the
Only one left there for the Harvesters looking for addresses to grab.
In case you didn't know that. ** I have an Spam-Killer front-end

I have no-archive for all my newsgroup posts. If anyone else wants to
contribute to that thread I would be interested. I am particularly
wondering if there is a dissociation newsgroup I can post to.

There *is*. It's alt.support.dissociation, and it's a quite
well-natured bunch'a people there. Activity varies, but usually can be
quite a bit more than here. There's some FAQ stuff there, you might
check it out. The FAQ proper isn't regularly reposted though, recently.
You'll find it using google though, I guess (google for
"alt.support.dissociation" and FAQ, it's in 3 parts, IIRC, and it's
[This looks well: http://www.faqs.org/faqs/dissoc-faq/part1/] a
quite good text IMO, despite its age). Other regular posts *are*
actually reposted, you may want to check the SYSK ("stuff you should
know"). Though, as said, people are good natured there. It's normal
for people new to the group to not know "everything" about the group
(can one ever know everything about the group and the topics and
anything? *sigh*). There are some people there who will be more
than happy if there are more participants there, especially some who
actually *post* *g* (though don't feel urged too much, your own comfort
level comes first). And, while it *is* a dissociation support group,
nothing is really off-topic there. It's usually a quite good-natured
group.

Kind regards,

Hannah.
